By combining vanilla and our espresso, a very delicate flavor emerges from within. The Vanilla Latte is one of the most popular hot drinks on the market. However, this recipe in particular will make you want to bake for days. That is why we have a special taste experiment for you.

Our coffee-vanilla cake is so intense that a few bites will already be enough to make you happy.

Fun-Fact: Did you know that after the sowing of a vanilla plant, it can take up to three years to be harvested? Good things need their time!

Directions

 Add the dry ingredients, oil, milk and a drop of vanilla flavored coffee into the mixer.

  Now pour ¾ of the dough into a small round baking dish, add the light dough and mix the rest with the vanilla coffee.

Bake at about 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Like brownies, the consistency must look solid heavy and full-bodied.

  • 50g of rye flour
  • 75ml of vegetable oil
  • 100ml of milk
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of baking soda
  • Some vanilla
